Last updated: 2026. The rules that keep our 10Gbps network fast and usable for everyone.
Summary: run whatever you like on our network, provided it is legal, it does not harm anyone else's service, and you hold the rights to what you distribute. This policy explains the detail and how we handle reports.
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to every service provided by [Company Name] under the 10gbpsservers.com brand, including dedicated servers, virtual private servers, bandwidth and IP addresses. It forms part of our Terms of Service and is incorporated into your agreement by reference.
You are responsible for everything that originates from or passes through your service, including activity by your own customers, users, employees or scripts. If you resell or sub-let capacity, you must pass this AUP on to your users and enforce it yourself.
You may not host, store, publish or transmit:
Reports of prohibited content are treated as urgent and may result in immediate suspension while we investigate.
You may not:
Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial email is prohibited. You must not send mail to purchased or scraped lists, must honour unsubscribe requests promptly, and must configure authentication records such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC where you send mail at volume. We may rate-limit outbound SMTP on port 25 by default and open it on request for legitimate senders.
Unexpected inbound abuse complaints about your IP addresses will be forwarded to you with a deadline to respond. Repeated complaints, or a failure to respond, may lead to suspension of the address or the service until the issue is resolved.
We respond to valid notices of copyright infringement. On receipt of a credible notice we may ask you to remove the material, and may suspend the service if the material is not removed or a counter-notice is not provided. Repeat infringement leads to termination.
Lawful adult content is permitted where it complies with the law of the hosting jurisdiction and all performers are adults who have consented. Content that appears to involve minors, non-consensual acts, or that is otherwise unlawful is prohibited and reported.
Mining, staking nodes and blockchain infrastructure are welcome where they comply with this policy. We do not permit services used to launder funds, evade sanctions, or facilitate fraud, and we may request additional verification for high-risk operations.
Unmetered bandwidth refers to traffic volume, not to a licence to saturate shared infrastructure at the expense of other customers. Where sustained usage materially degrades a shared segment, we will contact you to agree a proportionate remedy before taking any action.
Dedicated servers carry a dedicated 10Gbps port and may be run at high utilisation. Virtual services share a port with other customers, and sustained saturation on a VPS may be shaped so that neighbouring instances keep their fair share.
Keep your operating system and applications patched, use strong authentication, and do not leave services listening on the public internet that you do not intend to expose. If your server is compromised and used to attack others, it may be suspended until it is cleaned.
Report abuse to support@10gbpsservers.com with the affected IP address, timestamps, relevant log excerpts and a description of the activity. We acknowledge abuse reports within one business day and act faster where there is an active threat.
Where we receive a credible complaint or detect activity that breaches this policy, we may investigate, request information from you, and suspend the affected service while the matter is reviewed. Serious breaches, including illegal content, may result in immediate termination without refund.
Suspended services may be reinstated once the underlying issue has been resolved to our reasonable satisfaction. Accounts with a pattern of repeat violations may be terminated permanently and declined future service.
We comply with valid legal requests for information. Where we are legally permitted to do so, we will notify you of a request that concerns your account.
We may update this AUP to reflect changes in law, upstream requirements or the services we offer. Material changes are published on this page with an updated revision date, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance.
Questions about this policy, or reports that do not fit the abuse-reporting process above, can be sent to sales@10gbpsservers.com.
